SITE ANALYSIS
The site occupies a key position in terms of long range views, particularly from the east, as a result, the existing building was designed with a slender tower to the south/ east corner and a north facing courtyard. Tall buildings surround the site and a plan of storey heights is below, as well as a plan with the nature of local buildings.
